I. General Information
Founded in 1999, with registered capital of 10 million, the Company is located in Gaocun Section of Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, and is a machinery manufacturing enterprise which is mainly focus on process of textile machinery. The company covers an area of 4000 square meters, with 20% of which is greening area, and the floorage is 2600 square meters.
It has been 16 years since the Company was founded. During these years, the Company has been developing rapidly and steadily, and has made excellent achievements: the employees has increased from 5 to 55, the equipment has increased from 1 to 22, the fixed assets of the Company has increased from 500 thousand to more than ten million, and the production pattern has changed from small-sized vertical machining center to large gantry machining center and five-axis machining center. Meanwhile, the introduction of three coordinates measuring instrument marks that the Company has put forward higher requirements for product quality. In 2012, the Company accomplished the change from quantitative to qualitative, which means that Real Company has risen to a new development space.
With great effort, the Company owns a total assets of 23.19 million until the end of 2015, of which 14.6 million is fixed assets. There are 55 employees, including 9 production management persons and 13 engineering technicians, which takes 40% of total employees.
The leading products of the Company include: main and key parts of speed frame, spinning frame, combing machine, carding machine, drawing frame, etc. , automobile parts, railway parts, hydraulic parts and so on. With years efforts, the Company has developed export business of the products, aiming to provide high-level services for customers all over the world.
In the process of enterprise development, mechanical equipment with professionalization, high precision and high efficiency becomes mainstream of the Company development. The Company successively bought high-end mechanical processing equipment with self-raised funds of 9.82 million, which include:
